The Web sites colorlines.com, racewire.org and arc.org are operated and maintained by the Applied Research Center (ARC), a nonprofit advancing racial justice though media, research and activism.

ARC is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a rewarding online experience. This Privacy Policy describes ARC's policies and procedures for the collection of personal information by this site, and our use and dissemination of such information.

If you subscribe to, purchase or otherwise make use of our products and services, we may collect personal information from you, including your name, age, address, e-mail address, credit card number and facts about your computers, profession and similar information.
