	Race and Recession: How Inequity Rigged the Economy and How to Change the Rules Racial inequity has our economy rigged. In this report from Applied Research Center, we show how the past's racism has led to the present-day crisis, how people of color are hit hardest in any economy, and that the only path to national recovery for all is to change the rules by addressing these inequities head-on.
