NY Office Space to Share

We're looking for a organization to share office space with in the Wall Street area.

The Applied Research Center, a racial justice think-tank and home for media and activism, is looking for a responsible organization to share office space with in the Wall Street area. We have four small office spaces available at 32 Broadway. The shared space includes a community meeting space, a conference room and a pantry area. The four office spaces are as follows:

• One large private office that can easily accommodate up to four office desks and has great lighting for $1500.00 a month, plus a 10% electric charge.

• One Medium size office that can easily accommodate up to three office desks and has great lighting at $1,200 a month, plus a 10% electric charge.

• One Medium size office that can easily accommodate up to three office desks, has no windows, but a good amount of natural lighting at $1,000 a month, plus a 10% electric charge.

• One small office for one desk, has no windows, at $800 a month, plus a 10% electric charge.
