Susan Colson has been consulting to public, private and nonprofit sector organizations throughout the U.S. for nearly twenty years. Her work is focused in the areas of organization development, change management, large group interventions, team building, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation and strategic planning. She has conducted large-scale and long-term change efforts in various organizational settings, and has trained many clients in the skills and techniques which enable them to continue their change efforts beyond her involvement.

Susan has twenty five years of experience with nonprofit organizations, working as a volunteer, Board member and chair, program and executive director. She has studied and worked internationally, and brings those perspectives to her work with clients.
