Jarad Sanchez is the Los Angeles Research Associate for the Applied Research Center. Jarad has spent the last several years as an activist championing universal access to a quality education. The campaigns he organized directly resulted in the restoration of approximately $170 million to the California State University's annual budget including the preservation of college outreach programs facing elimination. Jarad has appeared on every major English speaking news television and radio station in San Diego and Sacramento discussing education issues. In 2005, Jarad was considered for the Reebok International Human Rights Award.
