An Evaluation of the Parent and Youth Education Policy Collaborative.

Prepared by the Applied Research Center this report highlights the efforts of three neighborhood organizations in Chicago: Blocks Together, Brighton Park Neighborhood Council, and Northwest Neighborhood Federation, that have come together during the past three years as the Parent and Youth Education Policy Collaborative.
